THE MELODY OF MELONY...


Most R&B artistes/ singers are envisioned to be calm, soft spoken and gentle people who have a strong sex appeal, Melony (real names: Maduabuchi Victor Josephson) has all these characteristics and better. With a physique that reminds you of America’s R&B singer J. Holiday, Melony gives the ladies something to fantasize about while listening to his smooth voice. Born May 3rd 1982, he hails from Ndiowu town in Orumba North L.G.A, Anambra state. His father Archbishop D. I. C. Josephson is a Clergyman, an archbishop to be precise while his mom is businesswoman. The second child out of five children, Melony began his primary education at Allen Nursery and Primary school, Mile12, Lagos before proceeding to Ijesha-Tedo Comprehensive High school and later Chasy Comprehensive Secondary school. He finished at Mushin Boys High school, a school is proud of and presently he is studying Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka.

With over 20 tracks to his accolades, Melony who has worked with a lot of top notch artistes like Sound sultan, 2face Idibia, Santero, Nico gravity, A.J of Da Natives, Raphzy and an airplane load of other cream talents in the Nigerian Music industry is set to steal our hearts with his music. Talented in many forms of music genre, Melony explains that his decision to work more as R&B artist was borne out of his belief that R&B is a smoother medium to pass the message. Tracks of his like “Roll”and “I no fit wait” ft sound sultan are all time party bangers, while “she won’t let me go” Will reach into your soul. Melony possess incredible music talent and has a vocal ability that is beyond measure.

With an expanded experience which he has gathered from shows like AY show live, Star Trek as well as many campus shows and street carnivals he has performed at, Melony is endorsed a good artistes who will definitely blow your mind. The stage is set for yet another promising and accomplishing artiste who is taking the world of music like a volcanoe.
